New Logo Ideas
Here are some thoughts I had for a new logo. I'm not sure what the color scheme will be, but I think it's likely I may at least stick with the orange (the red may be replaced with something else). That aside, I think I like #2 the best of this bunch, despite its similarity to (I think) the Apple Macintosh Finder icon.

What would #2 look like if you either put the eye on the left side or put the half smile on the left side?
Cant you just do it yourself in MS paint? I know it would not be official but you wouldn't have to wait for a reply or new post.
I personally like #2, though it took me a minuter to figure out it was half a face.
I personally like #2 as well. So glad you are working on a new editor. Sad to see the old one go but understood why.
Hi, I am a programmer and i am thinking to make a programm a mii editor. The idea is to provide to the free software community a way to use this kind of avatar in 3D. Maybe we could concentrate some part of the work. Would you be interested to discuss about that ?

Are you constraint to use a new xml format ? Because using native format seems more compatible with existant mii. The other question i have is if you want to create new could we talk about it to have the same.
Right now, i dont have anything working yet, i am recreating and checking how to make 3d items working together. So if you have doc about the xml format or something like that i will be happy to read it.
The other thing i would like to do, is something like openid but for me, i mean you could use mii 3d or 2d everywhere. Like in 3d game because i think to provide data in GPL, or 2d (maybe your part). What did you plan to make ?
My ideal plan should be to make an openmii website with ressource for 3d and maybe your editor in flash.
What are you working right now ?
I like #2 but only once I figured out it was a face maybe if you changed the color of the eye it might help, (you could always try the Wii blue)
I think2 is a little too abstract at the moment, but it's a good idea. I think 4 conveys your idea better I'd try throwing the pencil in and getting rid of the neck
